At DMCU, the health and safety of our members, our staff, and our community is paramount. We are following guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Department of State, the State of Michigan, and the City of Detroit to ensure that we do our part to protect our members and prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus COVID-19. If you are sick, you should not enter a branch and instead should contact a medical provider. Remember, common symptoms of the virus include a fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, the following measures will be implemented until further notice:
CAYMC
  • Lobby closed
  • ATM available in the building
  • All critical services will be handled by our Detroit Main office by appointment only.
Detroit’s Main Office
  • Lobby CLOSED (except for critical services by appointment only, M-F)
  • Drive-thru OPEN - (Monday - Saturday)
  • Shared branching – Withdrawals only
  • Jefferson front doors open for appointments only. Back doors will remain closed.
  • Drive-thru ATM available for deposits and withdrawals
Clawson Branch
  • Lobby CLOSED
  • Drop Box available for deposits (monitored every 15 minutes during business hours)
  • Drive-thru ATM available for deposits and withdrawals
  • All critical services will be handled by our Detroit Main office by appointment only.
Novi Branch
  • Lobby CLOSED
  • Drive-thru OPEN - (Monday - Saturday)
  • Shared branching – Withdrawals only
  • Drive-thru ATM available for deposits and withdrawals
  • All critical services will be handled by our Detroit Main office by appointment only.
DMCU Lending
  • Available 24/7 online only
  • Over the phone apps during business hours
  • Loan closings via e-sign only (your loan officer will guide you through the process)
Important Details:
  • Shared branching cash limits are $1,000 via drive-thru
  • Member cash limits are $2,500 via drive-thru
  • Detroit’s main branch will be the only branch taking appointments. Critical services include debit card reissues, etc. Please call ahead to 313-568-5000.
  • We may experience higher than normal call volumes. Please be patient as we work our hardest to help our members through these unusual and difficult times.
