Role: Enterprise Governance and Documentation Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Remote
The Enterprise Governance and Documentation Specialist administers and maintains the organization’s enterprise documentation program, ensuring policies and procedures are documented, controlled, consistently formatted, and audit ready. The role partners with department leaders and subject matter experts to capture and standardize existing practices, support the development of complete procedures (without owning business processes), coordinate reviews and approvals, and maintain evidence that key procedures and continuity plans are validated through periodic reviews and testing.

The Accountant will support the financial management and operations of the credit union through maintenance of accounting records and reports. This position performs accounting duties of moderate complexity in accordance with standard procedures and under moderate supervision.
Role: VP of Commercial Lending
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Clawson office located at 625 N. Main Street Clawson, MI 48017
The VP of Commercial Lending is responsible for developing new commercial business and assessing needs of their businesses to determine appropriate product/service solutions and ensures delivery. Also, the position is responsible for the administration of existing portfolio both wholly owned, and participations purchased. Generates commercial loan applications, and negotiates loan structures with members, delivering pre-screened applications to CUSO. Manages loan quality and profitability and assesses risk of Credit Union commercial portfolio. Reviews participation opportunities and makes recommendation to management as to credit worthiness. Performs any functions within the scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to members, businesses and coworkers.
