Title: VP of Lending
Full Time Position: Yes
Location: Detroit Branch located at 1480 E. Jefferson Ave. Detroit, MI 48207
This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of DMCU’s Loan Department. The VP of Lending will monitor emerging market trends and proactively adjust the product and service offerings to align with the organization’s strategic objectives, financial goals, and member needs. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a network of credit union contacts to incorporate industry best practices. The VP of lending will oversea the Small Business Lending division, driving innovation in small business loan products and services. This includes developing and executing strategies to enhance the departments offerings. This position also requires the demonstration of continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless member service. Additionally, the individual will develop, recommend, and implement lending policies as approved by the Board of Directors.
Title: Asset Recovery Manager

Location: Clawson Branch located at 625 N. Main Street Clawson, MI 48017
The Asset Recovery Manager is responsible for supervising the asset recovery team, ensuring the effective planning and coordination of daily departmental activities. This role requires a deep understanding of the credit union’s collection policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws regarding account collections, fair debt collection practices, and bankruptcy. The manager exercises discretion and independent judgment to resolve issues and answer inquiries from both members and employees.
