Role: Enterprise Governance and Documentation Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Remote

The Enterprise Governance and Documentation Specialist administers and maintains the organization’s enterprise documentation program, ensuring policies and procedures are documented, controlled, consistently formatted, and audit ready. The role partners with department leaders and subject matter experts to capture and standardize existing practices, support the development of complete procedures (without owning business processes), coordinate reviews and approvals, and maintain evidence that key procedures and continuity plans are validated through periodic reviews and testing.

 

Role: Operational Quality Improvement Specialist

The Operations Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for performing and completing operational quality improvement and back-office operational support tasks across the credit union. This role has direct accountability for executing operational duties, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting system and vendor-related tasks, and ensuring day-to-day operational processes are followed consistently. The position focuses on hands-on operational execution and task ownership while supporting the Operations Quality Improvement Manager by carrying out assigned initiatives, operational support activities, and quality improvement work across back office and operational support functions.

The purpose of this position is to support and optimize the Consumer, Mortgage, and Collections Systems by managing refreshes, troubleshooting issues, testing, workflow improvements, and data quality to remain compliant. This role serves as a bridge between lending, collections, technology, and related application vendors to maintain system reliability, improve user experience, and enable staff to deliver timely, high-quality service to members.

The Controller is responsible for successfully leading the accounting team and related
functions. This position will prepare and analyze monthly presentations and reports, create and analyze audit and budget schedules, make recommendations, and assist with overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting activities. As the Accounting leader, the Controller will ensure team members have the knowledge and tools to support all departments of the Credit Union. The Controller will also set department objectives, deliver services, continuously look for efficiencies, and manage for results through his/her team members. This position is responsible for providing accurate financials, reconcilements, assigned projects, audit responsibilities, and mentoring team members as needed.
