Title: Member Service Representative (Detroit Branch)

The Member Service Representative (MSR) assists members in all aspects of the credit union’s savings, products and services. This position is responsible for providing up-to-date information, answering questions, research, and resolving discrepancies and maintain all documentation for savings products and services.

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, ensuring exceptional member service, and driving business development in alignment with the credit union’s mission and strategic goals. This role provides day-to-day oversight while offering strategic direction, fostering a high-performing team, and maintaining a strong culture of compliance and service excellence.
Additionally, the Branch Manager plays a critical role in staff development, coaching, and training, while promoting operational efficiency and supporting the credit union’s continued growth.

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving concerns. This role requires a positive, solution-oriented approach while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality guidelines. Representatives must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to provide high-quality service and contribute to member satisfaction.
