The Member Services Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members, vendors, and visitors at the credit union’s headquarters. This position provides a warm, professional welcome and supports day-to-day member service needs through in-person, phone, and administrative support. The Branch Manager supports the Senior Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional member service, and maintaining compliance with credit union policies and procedures. This role assists with coaching, training, and developing branch staff to foster a high-performing, service-focused culture while monitoring performance and supporting consultative sales success to ensure consistent service excellence. In partnership with the Senior Branch Manager, the Branch Manager helps implement branch goals, supports business development efforts, and contributes to overall operational efficiency.
