We offer four convenient ways to make loan payments.

Payments from your DMCU Online or Mobile Account

Make a payment directly from your account using your DMCU online banking or mobile app. Payments made from a DMCU account are free and applied to your loan immediately.

Mail

We are happy to accept payments via mail. If you have a loan coupon, please fill out and include with your payment. If you do not have a coupon (and you have multiple loans), specify which loan the payment should be applied to. Please allow plenty of time, as you will be assessed a late fee if your payment arrives after its due date.

Pay by Phone

Make your payment by phone by calling us at 313.568.5000. Payments made by ACH or debit card will have a $12 fee. Payments made directly from your DMCU account are FREE and can be completed over the phone with one of our representatives during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday.

Make a payment online using a non-DMCU account, or a non-DMCU Visa/Mastercard debit card by clicking the button below.* One-time payments are $7.00, while recurring ACH payments are FREE.
