We're Upgrading Your Experience!

Easier. Simpler. Faster. Same Trusted DMCU!

We’re upgrading our systems to bring you a faster, smoother, and more exciting banking experience—built just for you. As our systems evolve, our commitment to you remains the same. The same trusted DMCU team is here for you every step of the way. We truly appreciate your membership and your patience as we make your experience even better!

What improvements are coming with the new system?

  • Improved transaction processing times
  • Enhanced Online and Mobile Banking
  • Easier navigation and faster performance

What's Staying the Same?

Account Numbers: Will remain the same, but suffixes will change from 3 digits to 4 digits.

Account Statements: You will receive two separate statements for July due to the mid-month upgrade (via mail or eStatement, depending on your account settings). You will still access your statements through Online Banking. This may look different, but all of your account information will remain the same. All your DMCU documents (1098s, etc.) will be available in your eStatement portal.

Automated Deposits and Withdrawals: Deposits and withdrawals already scheduled will continue without interruption.

Bill Pay: You current Bill Pay setup and automatic payments will carry over to the new system.

Credit and Debit Cards: Will stay the same after the upgrade. All existing Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) will remain the same.

Direct Deposits: Will not be affected.

Existing Mobile Payment Services or Digital Wallets: Apple Pay®, Google Pay® will continue to function as they normally do.

Routing/Transit Number: Will remain the same.

Scheduled Deposits, Transfers and Payments: Will continue without interruption. The time of day that these activities process may change.

What's New?

Member Number Suffix: Account numbers will remain the same, however, your suffix will now include four digits instead of three. Currently, the suffix number is the last three digits following your main account number, which indicates the account type, like Savings or an Auto Loan. For example, if your account is ‘1234567-091’, it will become ‘1234567-0091’.

Online Banking: Our new Online Banking is designed to make managing your money easier, faster, and even more enjoyable. You can look forward to a fresh, new design, helpful features and smoother performance. For more information about Online Banking click here.

Xtend Shared Branching: Effective June 30, 2026, members will no longer be able to conduct Shared Branching transactions through Xtend Shared Branching credit unions.

Members will continue to have access to Co-op Shared Branching, which includes more than 5,500 participating credit unions and 30,000 ATMs nationwide click here to view Shared Branching locations.
